Hygiene from the room, and a mark for a long soak. No migration.

• Hygiene from the room (#43). !hygiene (!hygiene emergency to skip a scheduled slot) and !relocked in the chat bot's room: the dashboard's 🛁 card, said there. They stop and restart the clock, so they have their own switch, Hygiene from the room (Consent → The chat bot, off by default), which puts POST /hygiene/open and /hygiene/relock in the bot token's scope. Only ever now (a bot at is a 403), never the lock's time. /bot/today gains hygiene ({out, overrun, window}, null while the switch is off), and when a window runs out the bot asks locked back up? once for that window, as a reminder. The bot's voice is the only one besides the pup's own hands that may open or close a window; the AI and a Handler still cannot.
• 🛁 Long soak — a new Mischief mark (#43). A hygiene window run more than 5 minutes past its time before you said you were locked back up, or never said. Weighed by temperament (warm 1 · firm 1 · strict 2). Never a mark: a window relocked in time, one the lock ended inside, one the emergency key ended (read again at every read, so a mark written while still out is taken back); held back at weight 0 when the safeword or a pause touched it. A relock backdated into the grace stops it counting. Its source is the event that opened the window, so undoing that takes the mark with it. Lapse questions seeded once into the Handler's library (lapse:soaked).
