Catch up: a way back from a missed reflection. No migration.
- Catch up: the blank pages, answered late, in one sitting. Before this there was no way back
from a missed reflection: the lapse question asked "have you written yesterday's reflection
yet?" about a page nobody could write, and a reflection backdated into that day mended the
streak, earned the full 15 XP and left the miss and its mark exactly where they were. Now a
๐ Catch up card sits at the top of the Handler page (and a Blank pages row on the home
card) whenever the audit is holding a page from the last seven days: the days as chips, one
question, one entry โ the length of a reflection โ that answers all of them. It costs, on
purpose: no XP, the clock penalty already charged stays, the days stay blank on the
calendar and in the streaks (the entry is filed today, as
catchup), and each ๐ Blank page (2) becomes a ๐ Late page (1) for the rest of its week โ the Ghosted 2 / Owned up 1 rule: late is cheaper than silent, never free. A confession written before the catch-up keeps what it cleared; undo the catch-up and the blank pages come back. A reflection can no longer be backdated into a day already marked blank โ the refusal points at the card. The days are the pup's: on their own/api/v1/handler/todayaspages, never on a pack card, in the bot or in an AI context.
