• Recorded tracks in the trance module. An audio file installed on the box (python -m latch.tracks add <file>) plays as a sit with its own player: long-press or the lock-screen pause stops it, an optional chime marks the end, and the sit is an ordinary trance row — same close, same clamp, the lock clock untouched. No upload form: only whoever holds the box can add one. The length is measured from the MP3 itself (frame count, or bitrate for CBR), never taken from the browser; a file this cannot measure needs --seconds. No migration — a track is a file and a JSON sidecar in media/trance-tracks/.
