granted, a sixth badge template: awarded the moment the playset is installed. An issued badge — nothing in your log earns it, a person gave it. The catalogue uses it for the marks handed to people who made playsets. Plain playsets only; an event usesjoined. Until papers (M7) can sign it, an unsigned granted badge is the author's word, like the file it arrived in.
